We strive to provide the best childcare possible for you and your child. Our focus is on the whole child, with primary concentration on social and emotional development as well as hands-on academic preparation for elementary school. We are open to parents and new ideas in the field. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of fun, creativity and social and academic activities with as much hands-on learning experiences as possible.

Education
We employ an adaptable creative curriculum that is tailored to the age and requirements of each child. The curriculum includes a multitude of educational activities and methods to help each child develop to their full potential at the appropriate pace.
Safety and Facilities
We guarantee a safe indoor and outdoor environment with specially designed and county approved indoor facilities and a fenced yard outfitted for fun and exercise. We are licensed and insured by the state of Maryland. State license #258125.
Location
Our location is school served and in the great school district of Gaithersburg, MD that includes Rachel Carson Elementary, Lakeland Middle and Queen's Orchard High schools.

Welcome to Kinderland Daycare, where we bring 15 years of experience in providing safe, loving, and enriching care for your child. We understand that the early years of life are crucial to a child's development, and we’re passionate about making these years filled with warmth, joy, and endless opportunities for exploration. Our state-licensed in-home large childcare program is designed with the goal of nurturing the individual needs of each child while encouraging their natural curiosity and creativity. We focus on creating a welcoming environment that fosters not only the social and emotional growth of children but also their physical and intellectual development. By providing a safe and engaging space, we aim to support every aspect of a child's overall development, helping them to thrive both in and outside of the daycare setting. We are dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences that contribute to a strong foundation for lifelong growth and success.
Daily Activities
We believe children learn best by doing; so most of our learning will be hands on. Children will learn through play and interaction with each other. In doing so, they will expand their creativity, master emergent reading and writing, and increase their self esteem. The activities will include both child selected and teacher initiated activities. The Creative Curriculum embraces 52 goals, centered on the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of young children. This curriculum will involve many cognitive activities done indoors and out. Art and creative expression; strong emphasis on language and oral development, social emotional development, and pre-writing, pre-reading skills, creative and imaginary play, physical exercise and sensory enhancement will be strongly emphasized

School Closings
In the event of inclement weather, school closings will be decided case by case basis. Decisions will be made by 6:00 a.m. We will not necessarily follow Montgomery County School closings. Please call the school prior to arrival. If the school is to be closed for an emergency or for any other reason unexpectedly, we will call you directly and we will wait for your arrival or arrange pick up by emergency contact or another parent.
